the Melt Down DSM - Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at the Melt Down DSM. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Local Delivery (Within 10 Miles)

If you live nearby, we’d love to bring your order straight to your door!

Eligibility: Local delivery is available for orders with a delivery address within a 10-mile radius of my home. 

Cost: As a token of gratitude for selecting to support local, delivery is free. 

Delivery Timeline: Local deliveries are typically made within 1-3 days after standard production time for your items. 

How it works: If your address qualifies, you will see the "Local Delivery" option at checkout. We will send you a text or email notification when we are on our way or when your package has been safely dropped off.

2. Standard Shipping (Calculated via Shopify)

For customers outside of our 10-mile local delivery radius, we ship across the country. Reach out to info@themeltdowndsm.com for international shipping. 

Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated automatically and displayed at checkout. These rates are generated in real-time by our shipping carriers based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

4. Damages & Lost Packages

The Melt Down DSM is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if handled by a third-party carrier. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. (Note: For local deliveries managed by us, please contact us directly if there is an issue with your drop-off).
